Furniss World News
The first aim of the site is to assist visitors to find their Furniss roots and to discover some of the snags when inspecting official records. A second aim is to make visitors aware of the advantages of a strong presence on the web and so encourage them to produce sites covering their own family name. A third aim is to publicise the activities of of real Furniss folk.

Nick has been doing a lot of work on the web during the first half of 2009. His health is good for his years. He is looking forward to his 86th birthday in August. He is sill getting invitations via junk mail from absolute strangers to perform all sorts of acts well beyond his capabilities Although memories are stired there is no sense of frustration.
The weather in Bracknell was damp and cold in the Spring of 2009 but now in June it is delightful.
